Planning to purchase a new CMM? We will build your fixture, write your programs, and run industry standard Gage R&R’s to prove out your processes. This will ensure that the machine, fixture, and program are running at their optimal capacities and give you the peace of mind that the job will be done right.

Looking for that extra tenth or few microns of repeatability in your current processes? Do not let a poor fixture or program fill your scrap bin with parts. We will travel to your site and give you our expert recommendations on how to optimize your processes.

If your CMM software is lacking flexibility and features, Meridian can write special add-on functions or stand alone programs to assist you. We have written routines and applications to provide graphical results screens that display measurement results on CAD part prints, export measurement data to flat files for use with SPC applications, Launch Pad applications for more user friendly interfaces, and many others.
